What this site is
SleepRegressionAges.com exists to answer one family of questions well: why has my baby stopped sleeping, is this an age thing, and when does it end? Instead of one thin listicle, we cover each regression age in its own full guide, keep the whole map on one chart, and offer a calculator that places your baby on it.
Our standards
- Grounded in real guidance. Our age windows and recommendations summarize published pediatric sleep guidance — the American Academy of Pediatrics' HealthyChildren.org, the NHS, and major children's health centers. Every page carries its sources.
- Honest about uncertainty. Regression windows are typical patterns, not schedules. Where evidence is soft (looking at you, 6-month regression), we say so.
- Not medical advice. Nothing here replaces your pediatrician, family doctor or health visitor. Every guide says so, because it's true.
- No dark patterns. The calculator runs in your browser and stores nothing. No popups chase you around the page.
Who's behind it
Sleep Regression Ages is an independent parenting resource built and maintained by a small team. Corrections and suggestions are welcome — a contact channel is coming to this page shortly.
This article shares general information about infant and toddler sleep for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from your pediatrician, family doctor or health visitor.
